my new website

I am trying to create a web site that i want to put on the web. the troubles that i am having right now is i need a host and without a host i cant create a URL and i will need one of those in order to create the website. the plan has changed though and i will try to post it on the DGF website under the golf section. i really hope that this works cause that would be totaly wicked!!!
